Cílem projektu je rozvoj školy v těchto oblastech:

  • vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků SŠ – DVPP v rozsahu 8, 16, 24, 80 hodin
  • vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků SŠ na inkluzi – DVPP v rozsahu 8, 24 hodin
  • vzájemná spolupráce pedagogů SŠ
  • sdílení zkušeností pedagogů z různých škol prostřednictvím vzájemných návštěv (pro SŠ)
  • stáže pedagogů u zaměstnavatelů (pro SŠ)
  • tandemová výuka na SŠ
  • doučování žáků SŠ ohrožených školním neúspěchem
  • koordinátor spolupráce školy a zaměstnavatele – personální podpora VOŠ
  • vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků VOŠ – DVPP v rozsahu 24 a 80 hodin
